In 2005 full of dreams and aspirations after my college graduation (and finding a great job...). I saw myself as a home owner.  I shared my idea of purchasing a home with one of my co-worker Denise (heaven sent) and she advised me on a "Realtor".  

That real estate agent was Adele Tamburo.  I got in contact with Adele (as I was living in the North East of NJ) in order to get my feet wet and gear toward making my dream real.  Then reality struck when our whole economy failed us.  To top that off, my car broke down and my college loans started to drag me down.  Time went by and I met my boyfriend (we eventually moved in together) who had the home ownership dream as I once did.

Fast forward to 2010 (and after watching HGTV non-stop for a year!) there we were ready to start to look again!
The challenge was that we had moved about an hour south and had no Idea where to start!  Then I remembered that I had started on this path before...and I remember the informative emails from Adele (who kept in touch through the years) were still making their way into my inbox.  And I thought, "who would be better for the job (or for advice) than Adele"?
Needless to say, the winter of 2010 we reach out to her for help.  

We were worried that things weren't going to work out since her market is in North Jersey.  But she was able to recommend and reach out to an agent who knew a great deal about our area of interest, (our agent) Stephanie Brodie.  Turns out, Stephanie's Weichert office happened to be with in walking distance to our apartment!  How unbelievable is that!  In any case, Stephanie was simply great!  I know when Adele reached out to her she made sure we were in good hands!

After the real estate roller coaster(and plenty of snow storms, rain and hail)...we were able to finally close on a home of our own on May 31st!  Just in time for the Summer! Secretly, I'm proud to say we have already made our first trip to Home Depot as home owners.

I can't thank Adele enough for her dedication and commitment to her clients (as well as potential clients) and for introducing us to Stephanie. Just wanted to say "Thank you" ladies for all of your help! And for making our dream a reality!
